8 Spice Licorice Smoothie

Remember the days when mom used to buy licorice and you enjoyed it as a kid? Bring those days back with this yummy, creamy and nicely spiced smoothie. Enjoy the flavor without all of the sugar. A well balanced drink perfect for mornings, or for a healthy anytime snack.

2 long skinny carrots
1 1/4 cup of a raisins
1/4 cup walnuts
1 1/2 cups Almond Breeze vanilla almond milk(sweetened)
1 tsp. anise seeds
dash of orange rinds
dash of 5 spice powder
dash of nutmeg

Peel and slice the two skinny carrots.
Add the vanilla almond milk, carrots, raisins, walnuts and spices to the blender.
Blend on medium for 2 minutes, or until the ingredients are smooth.
