Apple Nut Smoothie

Fruits and nuts, the perfect combination. A great treat that goes well around Thanksgiving. These are fall flavors, but could be enjoyed all year long. Try this with just a dash of spice to round things out at the end.

1 banana
1 ambrosia apple, sliced
1 cup of soy milk
1/2 cup filtered water
1/4 cup walnuts
2 tbsp flax seed meal

Peel and slice the apple and banana.
Add the soy milk, water, walnuts, apple slices, and flax seed.
Blend on medium for 2 minutes, or until the ingredients are smooth.
Fill a glass with this concoction and add nutmet for presentation. You are done!
