Banana Boat Smoothie

A taste of the islands in a glass. The guava and orange juice give this smoothie a tangy and exotic taste. Add 1/4 cup of walnuts for a bit of protein and monounsaturated fats. This one is for the banana lovers out there because it lays down the double load. Very healthy and refreshing!

Banana Boat Smoothie

Ingredients

2 bananas
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup Tropical Grove guava juice
1/4 cup walnuts
A dash of orange rinds
1 dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Add orange juice and Tropical Grove guava juice to your blender.
Add bananas, walnuts, orange rinds and nutmeg to the blender.
Blend on medium for 1-2 minutes, or until smooth.
This one is not blender intensive. Give your blender a break and try this smoothie.
