Blueberry Lemon Cream Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup orange juice
1 cup blueberries
1 cup lemon yogurt
3 small pieces of fresh ginger root

Directions:
First peel and slice the fresh ginger root.
Add the orange juice, then the blueberries, yogurt and ginger root to your blender.
Blend on medium for 1-2 minutes depending on the speed of your blender.
Pour into a glass, garnish with a lemon and enjoy!
