Coconut Banana Cream Smoothie

This one is creamy, thick and sweet like a healthy milkshake. Added depth of flavor comes in the form of nut, carrot and cinnamon flavors. The kale adds some necessary nutriton, but is not picked up in the flavor. Milkshake lovers will enjoy this one vegan and non-vegans alike.

2 cups Almond Breeze Almond Coconut milk(sweetened)
1 banana
1 carrot, peeled and sliced
2 leaves of kale
1 cup of shelled walnuts
1 box of Sunmaid raisins
1 dash of cinnamon

Peel and slice the carrot.
Add the coconut almond milk, carrot, raisins, walnuts, kale, banana and cinnamon.
Blend on medium for 2 minutes, or until the ingredients are smooth.
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
