This one is oddly very creamy in texture even though no milk was added. It has a wonderful ginger fragrance and kick. The finished product is off-white and yellowish in color with red sparkles that makes for a very unique appearance. The flavors of spicey and sweet meld together so nicely. This smoothie is loaded with antioxidants and polyunsaturated fats.
