Pineapple Banana Smoothie

Here we have the most undemanding recipe that makes a sweet, tropical and creamy smoothie. It finally proves that you don't need a lot of ingredients to make something that tastes great. Canned pineapple was used, but fresh pineapple would do just fine.

1/2 cup canned pineapple
1 1/2 cups coconut almond milk
1 1tbsp fresh ginger root
1 banana

Peel and slice a small segment of fresh ginger root.
Pour the coconut almond milk into the blender.
Add the pineapple, banana, and ginger root.
Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, but it should not take long to blend.
Pour into a mug, glass, or tumbler and enjoy!
