Purple Passion Smoothie

The black strap molasses in this recipe gives this a unique texture. Not too thick and not too thin. It has a deep dark color and it is rich in flavor. You will see why it is called the Purple Passion Smoothie. I just can't get enough of this and neither will you.

Purple Passion Smoothie


1 banana
1 tsp flax seeds
7 fresh black berries
1 1/2 cups vitamin D milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp black strap molasses

Add the milk to your blender.
Add the banana, flax seed, black berries, cinnamon and molasses to the blender.
Blend on medium for 1-2 minutes, or until smooth.
