Vegan Pumpkin Eggnog Smoothie

Did you switch to the vegan diet, but you miss the eggnog that you used to have on the holidays? This smoothie has the holiday spices along with an eggnog like taste where pumpkin is added to the mix. Make this smoothie and you have two holidays covered in one drink. With the addition of the black tea this almost qualifies as a drink and not a smoothie. Try it for yourself and you decide. The almonds may take slightly longer to blend completely.

Vegan Pumpkin Eggnog Smoothie

Ingredients

2 bananas
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1 tsp Trader Joe's pumpkin butter
1 cup black tea
2 cloves
1 tsp Vietnamese cinnamon
1/4 cup almonds

Directions:
Add vanilla soy milk and black tea to your blender.
Add bananas, pumpkin butter, cloves, cinnamon and almonds to your blender.
Blend on medium for 1-2 minutes, or until smooth.
Pour into a mug, glass, or tumbler and enjoy!
